I was excited to try this bread, as it looked very attractive in photos.  The twisting wasn’t too difficult, and it sure ended up looking great.  The finished bread was tasty, sweet and airy.  I apologize for the fractions in the recipe – the original recipe this was based on was for three loaves – much too many for me to try and eat!  Click below to see the recipe and nutritional information
