Hello!  My name is Erica and I’m a 23 year old law student from Vancouver, BC.

I’m fairly new to baking, and created this blog to keep track of the recipes that I have tried, and enjoyed.  I frequently change recipes to try and make them healthier and tastier – so any changes are also recorded. 

Most of the pictures are courtesy of my boyfriend, Daniel, who not only gets to be my official photographer – but also my official taste-tester!
